Shred Bundle
The goal: fat loss and a leaner physique.
Every meal is modified to keep carbs around ~25g per meal — low enough to support a caloric deficit and fat oxidation, high enough to maintain energy for workouts and daily life. Protein stays high so you're losing fat, not muscle.
Who it's for: Anyone in a cutting phase, working toward a leaner physique, or following a lower-carb approach to nutrition. Also a strong option for anyone on peptide therapy who wants to accelerate body recomposition while keeping lean mass intact.

Ordering Your Bundle — Step by Step
Step 1: Visit the ordering page
Go to cleaneatz.com/healthy-meal-plans and select your local café.
Step 2: Scroll to Add-On Items
Bundles are listed in the Add-On Items section below the main weekly meals. Select Shred, Builder, or GLP-1 and choose quantity.
Step 3: Add regular meals if you want (optional)
Bundles are add-ons — you can order them by themselves or alongside your regular meal plan. Bundle meals don't count toward pricing tiers.
Step 4: Place your order by Sunday at 11:59 PM ET
Ordering window opens Tuesday morning and closes Sunday night every week.
Step 5: Pick up Tuesday or Wednesday
Bundle meals are available for pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday only at your local Clean Eatz café. Regular meal plan meals can be picked up Sunday through Tuesday.

Can I order more than one bundle per week?
Yes. You can order multiple bundles or combine a bundle with regular meal plan meals. They're completely separate from the tiered pricing on standard meals.
Do the meals change every week?
Yes. Each bundle is built from the current week's menu. The 5 meals rotate based on what's available that week, but the modification (low carb, extra protein, or high-protein low-carb) always stays the same.
Why is pickup only Tuesday and Wednesday?
Bundle meals are prepared separately with different modifications than the standard menu. The Tuesday/Wednesday window ensures they're made fresh and ready on time.
Are bundles good for meal prep?
That's exactly what they're for. Five meals, pick them up on Tuesday, eat them through the week. Each meal has exact macros on the label and heats in under 3 minutes. It's meal prep without the prepping.
I'm on GLP-1 medication. Should I get the GLP-1 Bundle or the Shred Bundle?
If your primary concern is preserving lean mass while your appetite is suppressed, the GLP-1 Bundle is designed specifically for that — it maximizes protein per calorie. The Shred Bundle is great for fat loss too, but it's optimized around low carbs rather than maximum protein.
