Lower Calorie Meal Plan
Best for: cutting, weight management, lighter daily intake with solid protein
Built around the BBQ Bacon Monterey Chicken (235 cal, 31g protein, only 12g carbs) and the Mexican Chicken Burrito Bowl (383 cal, 31g protein) — the two lowest-calorie meals on this week's menu. The BBQ Bacon Monterey is the MVP here: you're looking at 31g protein for 235 calories, which is almost unheard of.

Best for: muscle, performance, higher protein targets, filling meals

What is the GLP-1 Meal Bundle?
A 5-meal set with high-protein, low-carb versions of this week's Mexican Chicken Burrito Bowl, Tempura Chicken Roll, BBQ Bacon Monterey Chicken, Pizza Chicken Mac & Cheese, and Steakhouse Fries & Beef Bowl. Designed for anyone on GLP-1 medications or following a higher-protein, lower-carb approach. Pickup is Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Can I customize meals to lower the carbs or add more protein?
