Best for: eating well without feeling restricted. Bigger meals, comfort flavors, macros still dialed.
This plan is for the person who's tired of eating "clean" food that tastes like a punishment. Cheeseburger Loaded Tots (35g protein, only 22g carbs), Southern Chicken Dinner (mashed potatoes, pepper gravy, the works), and Pesto Alfredo Chicken Pasta — all the comfort, macros still working for you. The Protein Egg Bite & Pancake Breakfast starts the day with actual pancakes and sugar-free syrup.

The Stay Lean Plan
Best for: cutting, fat loss, staying lean — without eating like you're on a punishment diet.
Built around General Tso's Chicken (319 cal, only 7g fat — yes, the takeout favorite) and Chipotle Ranch Steak Fajitas (395 cal, 29g protein, already low carb at 27g with no sub needed). The Cheeseburger Loaded Tots makes a few appearances because at 35g protein and only 22g carbs, it's legitimately one of the best protein-to-carb ratios on any CE menu this year.

What are the Shred, Builder, and GLP-1 Bundles?
